Introducing BCB in Brief
Beijing to Canberra and Back (BCB) is expanding its offerings with a new paid subscription option in 2024. BCB in Brief provides short and sharp analysis of breaking developments impacting all aspects of the Australia-China relationship. Whether it’s an Australian rejection of a Chinese investment bid, an unsafe military encounter in the South China Sea or the latest high-level meeting, paid subscribers will receive a brief assessment of why it matters and what’s likely to happen next. Assuming I’m not on leave, this analysis will usually be available within hours of the story breaking.
As well as paid individual subscriptions, packages are available for institutions. These institutional subscriptions will offer a range of added extras, including bespoke briefings, the ability to submit requests for information, and the option to commission confidential and tailored research notes. To learn more about institutional subscriptions, please reach out here. You can upgrade to a paid individual subscription by clicking the ‘Upgrade to paid’ button on the BCB website.
Rest assured that most things at BCB won’t change in 2024. There’ll still be the same granular fortnightly analysis of the full gamut of issues in the Australia-China relationship. And that content will remain free for all subscribers. Stay tuned for the first of those regular fortnightly editions in early February. That edition will include a wrap up of the December-January period and a preview of some of the big bilateral issues in play in 2024.
